BRITISH ARMY RENEWS OFFENSIVE.
Trenches Won at La Bassee
and Hooge.
London, Sept 2G Official — The British army renewed the offensive and captured live miles of treuches south of the La Basse e caDdl. We penetrated four thousand yards in some instances. # Sir John French reports yesterday that his army captured five miles of touches south of La Bassee canal, peuetratiug four thousand yards. The British also'captured six hundred yards of treuches at Hooge.
