Legislative Council.
The Legislative Council met at 2.30. The Lands Transfer Act Compilation Bill was read a second time. The Wellington City Empowering Act 1908 Amendment Bill, and Auckland City Market and Empowering Bill were read a second time and reported from Committee without amendmdent These Bills were read a third time and passed. The Council rose at 3 p.m.
