Wednesday, Mr W. Prince, the Union 00/g electrician, has been appointed by Government to carry out the torpedo arrangements at Port Chalmers.
At the City Court, Mr Carew R.M. held that photographers premises came under the "Operation of Factories Act," and inflicted nominal penalty for breaches of that aofc.
