October next. The old business will be oarried on as heretofore in all its various branches, in the same buildings, and with the same staff by Mr A. Moritzson, the founder of the firm, under the style of MORITZSON AND HOFKIN. Mr Hopkin, on hiß retirement from the firm, will, of coarse, cease to be liable for any future debts or engagements of the business, which will be wholly borne by Mr Moritzaon. The capital withdrawn by Mi' Hopkin will be replaced and the business oarried on with renewed vigor and undivided attention by Mr A, Moritzson.
