Herr Von Holhveg, at the .Reichstag, in a debate on the mining concessions in Morocco, made a remarkably direct appeal to every section of the House to place the foreign policy above party, and unanimously support the Government in all questions affecting Germany's position in the world.
A Bill is ready for introduction into the iieichstag combining the seven existing industrial insurance laws into one, increasing State contribution, and extending and re-organising the systems.
