Tfoos. Dunean and Mr Vigor Brown, the iioav member for Napier. The Opposition, on the other hand, are delighted Avith the excellent start they have made. They recognised that they Avere on a good Avicket, a-nd they scored hand- j somely. Tho detailed report of the 'proceedings will make good' reading to those who take more than ai passing interest in the political situation. Tho Opposition are also more than' satisfied with the division.
