Last night a6roomed hoiise belonging to the estate of the late: John Donovan, valued at £350, was burned. ..The fire was discovered by an. explosion of gas, showing the meter had been turned on. Incendiary fires at Rangiora are becoming serious. At one time only old buildings were fired, but now attention is being turned to a better class, in closely-populated parts.
