» Press Assn — By telegraph — Copyright. SYDNEY, yesterday. From to-day the New South Wales banks establish their exchange rates on London in the main upon a 3 per cent, basis. They were placed upon a 4} per cent, basis on March 11th last. This affects only 30 to 120 days' sight transactions.
