[press association.] WELLINGTON, to-day. W. McAlley's statement shows liabilities £944, with no assets. The chief unsecured creditors are — Gorton and Sons, Bulls, £300; Mowlem and Co., Masterton, £275: Richard Lane, Danuevivkc, £145; J. J. Patterson, Dannevivke, £50; James Watt, Wanganui. £37. In examination bankrupt admitted being bankrupt in 1905, while managing a sawmill business for his wife. Bankrupt was ordered to make up a statement showing his cash transactions in the years in which the debts were incurred.
