ACTION BY PORTUGAL

The Portuguese Government has I announced the abolition of censorship of outgoing Press messages. Signor Antonio Ferro, director of the Propaganda Ministry, told correspondents that they were free to send out whatever they liked, and expressed the hope that they would be fair and factual.
