Nazi Leader's Huge Collection Captured MANY VALUABLE PAINTINGS Rec. 11 a.m. LONDON, April 9. The files on which Dr. Alfred Rosenberg, Nazi philosopher, based his pseudo-scientific attacks against the Jews( were found in the little town of Hungen, ten miles southeast of Giessen, says the British United Press correspondent with the Third Army.' ' The giant collection contained clippings from papers all over the world, dealing with Jewish activities. There are 200 paintings, including several by Degas, and many 14th Century Jewish manuscripts, taken from occupied countries. They were dumped at. Hungen so German scholars "could find the facts to prove that the Jews were always a 'slave race."
