CRICKET FINAL
WELLINGTON MATCH CIVILIAN TEAM ANNOUNCED (P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The cricket season will end in Wellington with a special match between the New Zealand services and civilians on March 24, 25 and 27. The New Zealand Cricket Council appointed W. A. Hadlee sole selector and captain of what is termed a New Zealand eleven. The side he has chosen was announced to-day as follows:—T. B. Burtt, L. A. But. terfield, I. B. Cromb, W. A. Hadlee, D. A. N. Mcßae, F. P. O'Brien, K. F. M. TJttley (Canterbury); J. Cowie, B. Sutcliffe, W. M. Wallace (Auckland); F. H. L. Mooney (Wellington).
