Mountbatten And Stilwell Tour Front Areas DEVELOPMENT OP PLANS British Official Wireless Rec. 11.30 a.m. RUGBY, Mar. 14. Admiral Lord Louis, Allied Supreme Commander on the South-east Asia front, recently visited the headquarters of his deputy-commander, General Stilwell, where consultations were held on the recent progress achieved in the norther sector of the South-ast Asia front. Together they toured the forward areas and Lord Mountbatten saw for himself the development of the plan which he and General Stilwell worked out together over six months ago.
