SPECIAL JURY REFUSED
Judgment was given by Mr. Justice Fair yesterday in the application made before Mr. Justice Fair and Mr. Justice Callan to review an order by Mr. Justice Callan granting a special jury for the hearing of a claim by Andrew Marelich, of Huntly (Mr. Haigh), of £4480 damages against the Auckland Hospital Board (Mr. Meredith and Mr. Goidstine). After traversing the affidavits and legal argument at length the Court decided that the order made for a special jury should be rescinded, and an order was made accordingly.
