A GAME TO PLAY

All the players sit in a row, and the one at the end says a word \>hich has a number of rhymes, such as "beat" or "light." In the order that they are in, the players must think of a word which rhymes with the first word gi%-en. Thus, the second player might say "eat," the third "seat," and so on. When a player cannot think of a word within a reasonable length of time he must step out, and the next player chooses the new word. The game gets very exciting towards the end, when only a few players are left. —By Donald Hassell, Bay of Islands (15).
