DIVORCE CASE VERDICT
. i After a hearing which had extended over four days the defended divorce petition Ivan Unkovich (Mr. G. Skelton) v. Margaret Mary Unkovich (Mr. Dickson), heard before Mr. Justice Callan, wae concluded yesterday evening, when the jury returned a verdict in favour of petitioner, finding that respondent had committed adultery on several occasions, and that there had not been condonation. His Honor granted a decree nisi, with costs against the named co-respondent, Harry Jones.
