SOLDIERS' HOSPITAL

VISIT BY Mil. FRASER

The Prime Minister, Mr. Fraser, paid a visit to the Soldiers' Hospital, in the Domain, yesterday. He was accompanied by the Minister of Defence, Mr. Jones, the Minister of Mines Mr. Webb, and the chairman of the Rehabilitation Board. Mr. M Moohan. The chairman of the Auckland Hospital Board, Mr. Allan J. Moody, was present with the acting medical superintendent, Dr. C. B. Gilberd, and the lady superintendent. Miss B. M. Cussen. Mr. Fraser said to-day that he had met returned New Zealanders who had served in the Middle East and the Pacific area. He was greatly impressed with the accommodation provided and everything that had been done for the comfort of the patients.
