MARIST PIONEER
MISSIONARY FROM FRANCE (P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. The death has occurred in Wellington of Father Paul Aubry, senior member of the Society of Mary in New Zealand, at the age of 85. He was a native of. France and laboured in New Zealand for nearly sixty years. Father Aubry was well known in South Canterbury, Westland and Hawke's Bay. For a number of years he was rector of the Marist Seminary at Greenmeadows.
