JUVENILE DELINQUENCY

Last Sunday afternoon a gang of up to a dozen children from six years of age to about 12 or 13 years were busy with catapults. One or two windows Avere cracked. Next afternoon children up to 13 or 14 in a group were busy puffing cigarettes and enjoying their smoke-o. This was just after school hours and all these children must be pupils of neighbouring schools. Needless to say these children looked quite weedy though cheeky like the sparrows. How about a lecture on physical culture by the school teachers as an effort to correct and point the wav to these misguided children. DEEP BREATHER.
