(P.A.) " * CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. The judgment of a magistrate in convicting William Ewart Donnithorne, hotel licensee, under the Licensing Act Emergency Regulations of supplying two men witn. liquor after hours was tested before Mr. Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court to-day. After legal argument the case was adjourned until Monday.
