DEFENDED DIVORCE .CASE
The hearing of the defended divorce suit. Ivan Unkovich (Mr. G. Skelton), v. Margaret. May Unkovich (Mr. Dickson) and Harry Jones and others was continued before Mr.. Justice Callan and a jury yesterday. Respondent gave evidence of alleged ill-treatment and domination by her husband, with quarrels. arising over petitioner's son by his first marriage. Eventually she left home, « taking her husband's two girls, in the hope. .of,, frightening him into treating her better. She denied categorically the allegations by the girls that in that time she was guilty of misconduct and that anything wrong occurred between her and Harry The hearing was adjourned till Monday.
