Able-Seaman Charles Hood, son of Mr. an d Mrs. J. S. Hood, of 67, Calgary Street, Mount Eden, who was previously reported missing, is now officially reported a prisoner of war in Malaya. He was serving on the Singapore station at the time of its fall.
