Flight-Lieutenant G. N. Parker, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Parker, of 136, Queen Street, Northcote, who ■was previously reported missing and is now known to have been killed on air operations with the New Zealand . Bomber Squadron. He left New Zealand with the first batch of pilots to go overseas after the outbreak of war, having received a commission in the h.A.F. a month before. His father recently returned from the Middle East after serving for three year 3 with the Second N.Z.E.F.
