AMERICAN FOOD TO RUSSIA Rec. 1 p.m. WASHINGTON, Feb. 5. "American food is keeping Russia in the war and contributing to the Soviet victories,"' declared Mr. C. Wickard, Secretary for Agriculture, testifying before the House Foreign Affairs Committee. He said if supplies of food were cut off Russia would-almost surely cease fighting. "It is highly significant that m the last few months our shipments to Russia have greatly increased, he added. "We shipped more food in December to Russia than to Britain.
