Considering that what luck there was in scoring off penalties went the way of M.T.P.. the winning score of 14—9 rather flattered the soldiers. Gregory, Riley, Briggs and W. Tittleton often showed up in spectacular runs, and Scott's line-kicking was a great asset, though he by no means eclipsed McLean, the Technical fullback. P. Randrup was not up to his usual standard of goal-kickin» lor Technical, though he did put two over to celebrate a game he via having while on leave from camp.
