DECREE NISI GRANTED
A decree nisi was gra#Ted to Leslie Westwood Richards (MiHenry) by Mr. Justice Callan in the Supreme Court this morning on the grounds of his wife, Marjorie Selwyn Richards, having failed to comply with an order for the restitution of conjugal rights. It was stated that the parties were married in December, 1935, and there was one child.
