TWO MONTHS
TERRITORIAL FORCE PERIOD OP TRAINING (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day "It has been decided that the territorial force will, in future, carry out two months' collective training in camp instead of two weeks, as previously, and it has been proposed to do this training during January, February, March, April and May," stated the Minister of Defence, Mr. Jones, in the House of Representatives yesterday when replying to an urgent question from Mr. Gordon (National, Rangitikei). The Minister said that the exact period for camp training for each unit was still under discussion, and would be arranged, as far as possible, to suit local conditions.
