Clark said that the Government would have to decide how :ar it was going to allow land ar.d ?-.-.ck to go back during the war. The council's main concern was thrr «.f primary prodttction. On ;V.e the case appeared a roe and he though" that the c«:! should communicate with tr.c- Crown representative of the No. 1 Armed Forces Appeal Board advising him that on the fact.- stated the appeal was considered to ha\e merits.
