ANZAC DAWN PARADE.
The (iovernor-General. Marshal of the Royal Air Force Sir Cyril Newall. has consented to lead tlie Anzac. Day dawn parade in Auckland this year, and to recite the Anzac Dedication. On account of diflictiltics connected with the blackout the service will begin at ~>.3\) instead of the usual hour of 5 a.m. Although the War Memorial Museum will not be floodlit, arrangements are being made with the lighting controller for isullicient illumination. The arrangements are being made by the Australian Imperial Force Kx-Servicemcn's Association in conjunction with the Auckland Returned Soldiers' Association.
