COMPLETE BLACKOUT.
• GOOD EFFORT AT RAGLAN. I. ' " 1 (0.C.) RAGLAN, this day. A complete blackout of shops, houses and sea baches has been effected at i Raglan. The restrictions have been in force for nearly a week, and it has been stated that they will be enforced for the duration of the war. An inspection of the effectiveness of the blackout .was undertaken in a launch by the authorities, and they expressed complete I satisfaction with the steps that had been taken. The question of car lights converging at Raglan on Saturdays has yet to be considered.
