THREE INJURED.
MISHAP NEAR PAEROA.
When a motor cycle struck a pedestrian near Paeroa on Saturday night, three men suffered extensive injuries. They were Mr. Richard Martin, aged 20, of Te Awamutu, the rider of the motor cycle, Mr. Robert McFae, aged 28, of Te Awamutu, who was riding on the pillion, and Mr. William Q".ale, aged 33, of Netherton, the pedestrian.
Mr. Quale suffered injuries to both legs, concussion and abrasions, Mr. McFae, severe head injuries and concussion, and Mr. Martin severe'concussion and arasions. They were taken to the Paeroa Hospital, and after receiving medical attention were transferred to the Thames Hospital.
