REPATRIATION.
MEMBERS OF NIAGARA'S CREW The majority of the crew of R.M.S. Niagara, which was sunk by a mine "somewhere near Auckland" last Wednesday, have been repatriated from Auckland to their homes in Sydney. A number of the passengers have continued their voyage. In a few instances, it is stated, paesengere used the flyingboat service to return to their homes in Australia. During their stay in Auckland members of the crew and passengers received from the Shipwreck Relief Society, with headquarters in Dunedin, grants aggregating approximately £1500. The total was made up of grants of £5 each to 202 members of the crew and 87 of the passengers.
