TANGIER'S POSITION.
INTENTIONS OF SPAIN. British Official Wireless. (Received 1.30 p.m.) RUGBY, June 19. Answering questions in the House of Commons, relating to the occupation of Tangier by Spain, Mr. R. A. Butler. Foreign Under-Secretary, said the French Government had" been * notified beforehand of the Spanish Government's intention, and the British Government was informed of the occupation and of Spain's intention in respect to the neutrality of Tangier.
