German Threat Of Dire Consequences. WAR IN "ALL INTENSITY." (Received 11 a.m.) t LONDON, June 19. A Berlin broadcast in English said: "The war against Britain will soon be launched with all intensity. It must be stressed that it has always been the policy of the German forces lo strike only at military objectives. The British politicians are now losing their nerve. If Britain is turned into an armed fortress and if every small towi. and village is fortified, if barricades are set up in London and other cities aud if every citizen in Britain is armed, tl-e British Government will be solely responsible for the consequences."
