At the opening of the Legislative Council on Friday the Governor, Sir Harry Luke, presented honours recently conferred on residents of the colony by the Kin*. * ' The first was the insignia of a Commander of the Most $xeellent Order of the British Empire presented to Ratti J. L. V. .Sukuna- Mr. A. A. Rsgg, former assistant Director of public: Works, received the inaignla, of a Companion of the Imperial 9«r*iee Order.! Superintendent I. 1. Luchlnelli received! the Colonial Police Modal. '
