PLUNKET APPEAL.
Owiirr to unforeseen circumstances, the L'itv Council, which issue* permits for street appeals, lias informed the Auckland Plunket Society that it will not l>e possible for the society to hoid an appeal this week. The street day has consequently been postponed until Friday, March 1.
