MINISTERS AT FUNERAL. (Bj Telegraph.—Own .Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. Six Ministers will represent the Government at the funeral of the late Mr. E. J. Howard, M.P., at Christchurch on Saturday. They are the Hons. P. Eraser, D. G. Sullivan, R. P. C. Webb, H. T. Armstrong and W. Lee Martin.
