The former Italian Ambassador at Tirana, Signor Francesco Jacomoni, lias been appointed Viceroy of Albania with, the title of Lieutenant-GeneraL Italian troops have reached the remaining strategic points on the northern frontier of Albania, and are exchanging compliments with Yugoslav guards. The Albanian Cabinet has decreed that the Fascist salute henceforth shall be compulsory throughout the country.
