ITALIANS GOING HOME.
PREPARATIONS I* SPAIN. (Received 11.30 a.m.) BURGOS, April 23. Broadcasts state that Italian divisions are concentrating at Alicante and Valencia preparatory to going to Italy. Only the Littoria Division is attending the victory march. ARREST IN MADRID. COMMUNIST LEADER, (Received 10.30 a.m.) MADRID, April 23. Senor Antonio Delugio, Administrator of the Central Committee of the Spanish Communist party, has been arrested. 4,000,000 MEN OR MORE. SPAIN'S POTENTIAL ARMY. LONDON, April 23. General Franco, in a speech at Seville, said: "Spain has 1,000,000 men under arms, representing a potential army of at least 4,000,000. Europe should note this, but remember that Spain desires nothing from anybody." An official dispatch from Burgos states that the victory parade in Madrid, in which the Italian troop* are to take part, will definitely be held on May 15. General Jose Miaja, former eomniander in Madrid, has gone to Mexico, accompanied by a number of Republican officers, in the British steamer Orbit* from La Bochelle, France.
