BETTER HEALTH CLUB.
At the weekly meeting of the "Better Health Club" recently, Mr. Woodroffe chose as his subject. '-This Generation." Mr. Woodroffe took as his theme "The old order changeth.' "Every particle of the universe is in a constant state of change; everything paeees through transition to become something more progressive," he said.
The speaker told how the young people of this generation were out to produce a state of the community that would be better than the one preceding. He spoke of how the athletes in every profession of to-day studied health "measures to make their bodies fit to stand whatever strain was needed. He cited some that had succeeded, notably Jean Batten and Amy Johnson. Mr. 'Woodroffe spoke hopefully of the glorious state of the community that would be sure to follow these efforts.
