M.1 , ., at a meeting ~f the (Jisborn , . , Borough Council, when an application for permission to construct it wooden building Tn a brick area was under consideration. The application referred to the proposal to rebuild the premises which were destroyed in the recent fire in the Coronation Hotel block. The council decided not- to grant a permit for reconstruct ion in wood.
