FLYING ANGEL MISSION.
INTERESTING PROGRAMME.
A full programme of sports, socials and entertainments, arranged by the Flying Angel Missions to Seamen, with the co-operation of the Ladies' Harbour Lights Guild, lias been carried out during the week, for sailor visitors to the port. The weekly conceit was given on Tuesday evening to a crowded institute. A programme of conjuring, vocal and instrumental numbers and fancy dancing, arranged by Miss Mavis Ward, was enjoyed. The following contributed to the evening's entertainment:- Miss Mavis Ward, Miss Joy Davidson, Miss Beryl ,Noyer, Miss 'Estelle Turner, Miss iDorcen McWhirter. Miss Betty Tinley, JMiss Dolly Missen, Miss (Jreta Hill, Miss' {Kathleen Brown, Miss Zelda Xeill, Miss 'Natalie Spieer, Mr. R. Sellar (conjurjing), Mr. Jack Counihan, Mr. Bill Page ' (Kiinutaka). Sea chanties were sung by iti party of German cadets. Mr. W. M. Mitchell was the accompanist. Refreshments were served by the Ladies" Har'bour Lights (Juikl, Mrs. Motor (.lavbeing the hostess.
