A BEAUTIFUL THROAT.
A youthful neckline ie very charming, and worth preserving. The contours of the throat and chin are about the first places to show signs of age. We all know how a double chin will add year's to a woman's appearance, so, fcy means of exercises and simple beauty treatment, do your utmost to keep your youthful lines as long as possible. One good exercise is to turn the head slowly from side to side. Turn the head slowly to the left, then back again, repeat for six times, then turn the head to the right and do the same exercise that way for six times. Bathe the neck in cold water, and, after every time that you wa«dl in warm water, splash on cold water freely. At night apply cold cream to the chin and throat, then massage the »kin with long strokes from the tip of the chin to the base of the. throat for two or three minutes. Then remove the surplus cream and bathe the throat ivkh very cold water to which an astringent, such as witch hazel or simple tincture of benzoin, has been added.
