"QUINS" AND NEW YORK FAIR. (Received 12 noon.) CALLANDKR (Ont.), November 27. Aftpr the Premier of Ontario. Mr. J. M. Hepburn, had a nnounccd that he would not object to the Dionne quintuplets being exhibited at the New \ork World's Fair, the father insisted that he would never consent to it. . Dr. Dafoe refused to comment beyond remarking that the guardians had not taken the fair's request or offers very seriously.
