VOTE ON BUDGET PROPOSALS. (Received 11 •.m.) BERNE, November 27. A Federal Qjebiscite resulted in 507,000 votes to 104,000 in favour of the Government's plan to balance the Budget in three years. The Young Peasant and Communist parties recommended rejection. Fifty-six per cent of the electorate polled. The plans include a national defence tax and taxation of capital yields at the source. It is expected that the effect of economies will be £5,400,000, and new revenue £0,600.000 a year. The deficit is 'still £1,000,000.
