BULGAR UNREST.
TREATY ANNIVERSARY. (Received 2 p.m.) SOFFA, November 27. Military police patrols occupied the streets at dawn and all inhabitants were ordered to remain at home l>ecause of previous demonstrations on the occasion of tho anniversary of the sijfninjr of the Netiilly Treaty in 1910. Despite police warnings there were some demonstrations last nijrht. PoHce dispersed one crowd with a firehose.
