CARLTON CROQUET.
Members and friends of the club were entertained by Mrs. Fred Baker at a successful bridge afternoon at her home in Shipherd'e Avenue, Epsom. Gailycoloured blooms brightened the lounge, and contract and auction bridge were played, the winners being Mrs. Roto Graham, contract; Mrs. Bell and Mrs. T. Wilson, auction bridge; Mrs. Gardiner, consolation. Among those present were; Mesdames R. Russell, W. Fletcher, Roto Graham, F. Beiri, H. Ald ridge, G. Bell, A. Gardiner, E. McElroy, W. Perry, A. Dukes, B. Schubert, G. McKendrick, Brier, A. Tomlin, Bridges, Hollay, K. H. Davey, A. Shields, E. Allsop, T. Wilson, T. P. Cole, J. B. Grove, W. Joase, J. Savin, W. H. Robert*, J. Bird, W. Buckle, A. Kenny, T. Kirk, W. Laurie and Misses E. Keatley and Ileen Earl.
