ENJOYABLE FARE/

The Philistine Club held its entertainment on Saturday night in the Operatic Rooms, Grafton Road, the hall being filled with members and friends. Mr. C. J. Garland was the chairman.

Kn joy able songs were giver, by Miss Beryl Smith and Mrs. Humphrey Gordon; elocution item. Miss Edna De Man*; music entitled "A Medical Romance." played by Miss Patsy Penty. Mr. H. Knight" and Mr. Maeßalph; xylophone solo, Mr. D. Callinan; duologue, "The Reason Why," by Mrs. Barry Pain. The cast included Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Rattray. Mrs. Reginald Reed was the accompanist.
