Unusual Troop Movements Denied by France. GERMAN FRONTIERS. (Received 1 p.m.) IOXDOS, September — "The Times" Metz correspondent says French authorities flatly deny reports of unusual troop movements on the Saar and Rheinpfalz frontiers, though work continues feverishly on German fortifications. Existing troop movements are merely routine reliefs.
