JUDGE STATES FACTS.
CHILDREN AND DIVORCE. _ "Tilis is the forty-fourth divorce case which has come before me in the past two days,", stated Mr. Justice Eeed in the Supreme Court this morning.. "In 22 of those cases there were no children born of the marriage. I make no comment, but just state the facts," added his Honor.
